Drop off:
PS 321 Mini-school, through the schoolyard on 2nd St, between 6th and 7th Ave.
Doors open at 9 AM. There is no supervision prior to 9:00 AM unless you have signed up for Early Bird.

Pick up:
PS 321 Mini-school, through the school yard on 2nd St, between 6th & 7th Ave, at 3 PM. If you are late, we place your child in Late Bird and you will be charged for Late Bird.

THE PERSON PICKING UP YOUR CHILD MUST SIGN OUT WITH THE COUNSELOR.

Name Tags:
Write your child's name clearly on their lunch & carrying bag.

Lunch:
Lunch and drink should be placed in a plastic bag with your child's name clearly showing. Reusable containers are permitted. A camp lunch bag is available for $5.

NEVER PLACE YOUR CHILD'S LUNCH IN THEIR BACKPACK.
Place them in the CAMP backpacks.

Upon Arrival:

Find your child's group. Your child's group color and the backback's color are the same.  For example, if your child is in the Red Group, the backpacks will be red.

• Place your child's lunch in the camp backpack.
• If we are not using your child's backpack you may leave it in the camp baskets or bring it home.

Swim days: Your child should wear a swimsuit and bring a towel in their backpack.  Sunscreen your child.  We supplement sunscreen after lunch.  This is the only day your child brings their backpack. Do not send a change of clothes.  We do not have time to change.

Your Child's Backpack:
Your child should bring a backpack everyday. On swim days follow the swim day instructions (see above). On non-swim days place a swimsuit and towel in your child's backpack in case we decide to swim. You can't predict when we will change the schedule and go swimming.

NEVER PLACE YOUR CHILD'S LUNCH IN THEIR BACKPACK.

Footwear:
Sneakers are the preferred footwear when hiking.  On swim days something easily removed and put back on is preferrable.

Sunscreen:
We recommend sun-screening your child every day. We supplement only on swim days.

Bathroom:
Your child should use the bathroom just before leaving the house.  Some days we do not reach a bathroom until lunch.

Early Bird:
Early Bird Drop Off is between 8 and 9 AM.  No Early Bird on July 2nd

Late Bird: 3 - 6 PM
The last pickup is 6 PM.  After 6 PM your child is brought to the camp office at 378 3rd St, between 5th and 6th Ave. The charge is $15 per 10 minutes.

When using Late Bird as a drop off, tell the counselor and your child.  
No Late Bird on August 10th.
