2012 Season
Immediately: The Information Form and the Emergency Contact Form must be completed and returned immediately. June 1: Full payment due: You are billed based on the programs you have selected. No child will be permitted to begin camp with a balance due. June 1: Health Form due: The NYC Dept of Health requires all children attending camp to have a completed health form on file. No child is permitted to begin camp without a copy of the form in the camp office. Parents complete the first page and a doctor completes the second page. Send both pages together. Remember to sign the bottom of the first page.
June 28: Instructions: You will receive camp instructions, a schedule of activities, your child’s group and your volunteer day.
July 4: Independence Day: Camp closed. July 2: First day of camp: No Early Bird.
July 27: Deadline: for enrolling your child in the optional Sesame Place trip. August 2: Sesame Place trip: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM August 10: Last day of camp: No late bird. Pick up is 3:00 PM for everyone. Days missed cannot be made up.
